"Mindy is phenomenal! When working with her, she ensures she extends all of her resources going above and beyond to help find the best fit for her buyers. She always makes you feel like you aren't being pressured to make any decisions that don't fit your situation. Mindy takes care of her buyers and takes pride in the relationships she builds with them, especially during what can be a stressful or extended process. She does an outstanding job of involving herself in all aspects of a sale from start to finish, on a professional and personal level, making you feel comfortable and building that trust between the sellers and the buyers. Mindy helped assist my mother in buying her forever home, my mother had been scammed by a previous realtor and lost some of her deposit. A good friend of mine recommended Mindy to us and we still talk about how this was one of the best decisions we ever made. My mother loves to tell the story about her forever home journey and because Mindy made sure my mother felt safe and built that trust that she wouldn't let anything like that happen again, and she delivered! We found my mother a 4 bedroom 3 bath that she absolutely adores and she was able to complete the buying process almost seamlessly with the support of Mindy and her team. There aren't words to describe seeing my mom so happy in her home because she deserved it and we wouldn't of been able to see her here without Mindy.
